The students who register for classes at my home for the entire year will pay $11.00 per class  or $44.00 a month.   based on 4 weeks per month. hoildays are not charged for.

If you have 2 students the 2nd student gets 15% off that would be $9.35 per class.

Registration is $15.00 due upon registration and is not refundable. This is due only once a level.








Students may enroll for an entire year at any time, as long as there is room.  The year would start from when they register and last for one full year.

Crochet lessons for adults   A set of 6 $50.00 due when you start
 You may do individual classes for only $10.00 each.

CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY













  •  In case of bad weather, we will either postpone or re schedule the class. We will in form you  at least 4 hours before the class time. We will make every effort to work with you if you do not feel that you can make it because of the bad weather.
  • YOU cancel: If you cancel at least 1 week before a class begins you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel during the quarter you will not receive any refund. You may get a substitute to take your students place upon approval from Julie. And then they can pay you for the missed classes.

  •  The academy will be open from 3 to 6  Tuesdays and Thursdays  Classes .


  • You are welcome to visit any time during class times.


ATTENDANCE/ ABSENCES/BEHAVIOR/ MAKEUP CLASSES: 

                                                                                                                                                                                 
  • Attendance on a regular basis is necessary for students' progress.
  • Students should be on time and ready to learn. Students may arrive 5 minutes early, and should be picked up with in 5 minutes of the end of class.
  • Students will be allowed to make up only 2 classes per quarter. Parents are responsible to call and set makeup classes.
  • If you miss your make up class, you can not reschedule.
  • Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Students who continually disrupt class will be asked to with draw with out receiving a refund.
TRANSPORTATION
  • Students should arrive no earlier than 5 minuets before class begins and be picked up no later that 5 minuets after the end of class.  Classes are 50 minutes long. and start on the hour.
OTHER POLICIES
  • BECAUSE OF ALLERGIES, WE REQUIRE THAT YOU DO NOT WEAR PERFUMES, COLOGNES, AND /OR BODY SPRAYS.  PETS ARE NEVER ALLOWED
  • Out of respect for everyone, cell phones are to be turned off , or on silent, while in class.  Students may have their cell phones to use after class.
  • Please help us care for our workroom and equipment and fabrics by leaving open- container beverages and /or food at home.
  • We would prefer that you are someone that we know belongs to the student comes and picks them up from inside the Academy. I know this can be a bother, but we cherish our students and want to have them protected. This applies for our students under the age of 12 years old.
  • For the safety of all we only allow the children who are attending the class in the workroom during class times.
  • If you must bring babies when you are attending you may. But They should not interrupt the class time for other students.
